Each body has unique muscular imprints that effect movement. Individual and specific corrections will be provided in each session. These one on one sessions will give you an increased understanding of your musculoskeletal structure and enable you to learn how to manage your body more effectively.
Courses recognized through Fitness Australia. 200 Hour Yoga Teacher training recognized through Yoga Alliance International (Australia branch). Students must be eligible for registration with Fitness Australia if CEC points are required.​
